IRS Sets forth rule changes
The IRS recently set forth some new depreciation news as a result of the economic stimulus package. The benefits are as follows; Assuming that most of your equipment is 5-year life for depreciation purposes, this means that most of your customers can deduct 20% of the cost in the first year (when using accelerated depreciation [MACRS]).
