Automated Tilt Tray Sortation System

This project entailed the design and implementation of an automated package sortation system. Quintec's scope involved engineering, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of all conveyors feeding and leaving the tilt tray sorter, along with installing the Beumer sorter.

  • 7500' of transportation, sortation and accumulation conveyor built to spec

  • 6000' of mezzanines

  • 12 telescoping inbound conveyors

  • 30 retractable outbound conveyors

  • 10 DDU lanes

  • 1 NC Line

  • 120 various style spec-built chutes

  • 6 individual controls panels with full graphics screens

  • 325 electrical field devices
