  • Responsibilities:

    • Develop maximum sales potential from new and existing customers through proven customer service techniques and knowledge of the company's products and services as well as the competition’s strengths/weaknesses

    • Penetrate new markets and industries for Quintec Integration through outbound customer contacts & cold calling.

    • Meet with key clients and maintain relationships.

    • Negotiate and close deals.

    • Remain current on market conditions regarding products, product updates, and new technologies.

    • Participate in marketing and sales strategy by supporting the Quintec Integration sales plan in conjunction with the Sales and Management Team

    • Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.

    • Possess technical knowledge of our products and service offerings. A strong engineering and/or technical background is preferred.

    • Coordinate customer meetings with vendor representatives, technical personnel, and R&D.

    • Apply knowledge of company products and services to assist with efficiently processing customer information, preparation of quotes, product service/repair & installations, and responses to inquiries and complaints in a professional, customer-first, manner.

    • Utilize CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

  • Experience:

    • Previous experience and success in sales, preferably in prospecting and cold calling.

    • Proven ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

    • Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage sales activities.
