  • Job Title: Industrial Sales Representative

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

    Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 AM - 4 PM)

    Travel Requirement: 25%

    Experience:

    Sales: 2 Years (Required)

    Summary:

    Communicate with customers to answer technical questions and provide quotations. Act as a liaison between the customer, Quintec Integration’s Estimation and Engineering Department, and Project Management Team. Interact with other departments within the organization to insure the proper handling of customer requirements.

    Essential Functions include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Develop maximum sales potential from new and existing customers through proven customer service techniques and knowledge of the company's products and services as well as the competition's strengths/weaknesses.

    • Infiltrate new markets and industries for Quintec Integration through outbound customer contacts & cold calling.

    • Impress key clients with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Close deals through resolve, persistence, and negotiation acumen.

    • Build and maintain quality relationships with all customers.

    • Perform research to remain current on market conditions including but not limited to new innovation, product updates, and untapped industries or companies.

    • Participate in building marketing and sales strategy.

    • Support and develop the Quintec Integration sales plan in conjunction with the Sales and Management Team

    • Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client-base expansion.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Education and/or Experience

    Completion of a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of field service experience, or a formal technical program and 5+ years of progressively responsible field service experience. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered as equivalent at the discretion of Human Resources and the Hiring Manager.

    Certifications, Business Licenses, Registrations

    Required: United States Passport

    Preferred: OSHA Training and/or Certifications; Welding; Electrical work

    Language Skills

    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively and professionally to customers, employees, colleagues, and members of other organizations involved in the project.

    Mathematical Skills

    Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

    Reasoning Ability

    Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

    Computer Skills

    Required: To perform this job successfully individuals must be proficient on a personal computer, have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and should understand the basic functions of AutoCAD.

    Other Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities

    Must meet minimum requirements to rent a vehicle in North America

    Must be able to read and interpret drawings/blueprints.

    This position is not eligible for a flexible schedule.

  • Job Title: Sales Representative

    Summary:

    Communicate with customers to answer technical questions and provide quotations. Act as a liaison between the customer, Quintec Integration’s Estimation and Engineering Department, and Project Management Team. Interact with other departments within the organization to insure the proper handling of customer requirements.

    Essential Functions include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Develop maximum sales potential from new and existing customers through good customer service techniques, and knowledge of the company's products and services as well as the competition's strengths/weaknesses

    • Penetration of new markets and industries for Quintec Integration through outbound customer contacts & cold calling.

    • Meets with key clients, maintains relationships. Negotiates and closes deals.

    • Build and maintain quality relations with all customers, and increase the volume of sales on a consistent basis through ongoing determination of customer requirements

    • Remain current on market conditions regarding products, product updates, and new technologies.

    • Participation in building marketing and sales strategy. Supports and develops the Quintec Integration sales plan in conjunction with the Sales and Management Team.

    • Prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.

    • Technical knowledge of our product and service offerings with a strong engineering and or technical background.

    • Fully understand Product Performance and specifications.

    • Application of products to specific industries and processes.

    • Coordinate customer meetings with vendor representatives, technical personnel, and R&D.

    • Apply knowledge of company products and services to assist with efficiently processing customer information, preparation of quotes, product service/repair & installations, and responses to inquiries and complaints in a diplomatic manner.

    • The position requires travel as needed for training and troubleshooting, in addition to sales calls.
